orange sorbet with a hint of oriental - 4 servings:
600 ml freshly squeezed orange juice 150 g sugar

6 cardamom pods
2 tablespoons orange blossom water
Preparation :
juice mixed with sugar. Add crushed cardamom and bring to boil. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add orange blossom water. Mix. * Freeze the ice cream machine according to the manufacturer.
If you do not have ice machines, weights to be frozen in a shallow mold for about three hours, keeping in mind that at this time mix the sorbet at least 3 and preferably 4 times. Remove 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with slices of orange and pistachio. About Pistachios forgot;)
