Sometimes I wonder why sometimes I go to bed with a feeling of contentment to my day and sometimes not. Where is the secret? How do that to happen again and more often?
I pitched my list of conditions which are an important day for my perfect day:)
I feel that my day is successful when:
I learn something new
I create something I eat healthily
I do a little sport
I share my time creatively and passionately with others
I'm a little music
I have a little time for me (to read, think, write)
J ' I'm doing something for others I
solves a problem, I approach the realization (or implementation) of a project, I
not wasting my time ......
Define condition is already good, but the hardest thing to
put in place daily but as a Chinese proverb says:
With time and patience, the mulberry leaf becomes silk .. ..

It is good to define conditions, But The Hardest Thing Is To ACCOMPLISH em daily. Like a Chinese proverb says: With time and patience, The Mulberry Leaf Becomes silk ...
